Anomaly of a thermal stream in the northeast of the central Greece and in southern Thessaly can be connected with the general stretching which dominates in all central Greece and extends up to Asia Minor.

Low values of a thermal stream in the western Greece speak mainly affinity of the Ellinsky trench, at least in average and southern parts. Possibly, as an explanation can serve and the big capacity of the deposits, filling two Greek geosinklinali. Besides in this area displays of magmatic or volcanic activity are unknown.
